This is how we get to know each other
An application process should offer added value for both sides. We would like to show you honestly who we are and how we work—and at the same time understand what makes you who you are. Step by step, we will jointly assess whether it is a good fit.
01 - Your profile matters
Send your CV to jobs@secat.de.
A clear overview of your experience is important to us—an extensive cover letter is not required.
02 - Thorough review instead of automatic filters
Your documents are reviewed by us personally—not by algorithms.
We take the time to understand your career path both professionally and personally and to evaluate your qualifications holistically.
03 - Initial meeting
If your profile is convincing, we will contact you.
In an initial conversation, we clarify expectations and open questions and provide you with transparent insights into the role and how we work.
04 - Personal interviews & insights
Together, we will talk about the position, our projects, and your perspectives—openly, directly, and as equals.
Depending on the role, a short assessment may be part of the process in order to better evaluate practical skills.
If it is a good fit for both sides, we will be happy to invite you to a trial day. This gives you the opportunity to get to know our team and everyday work authentically.
05 - The joint decision
We want to ensure that it is a good fit both professionally and personally.
If both sides are convinced, we look forward to welcoming you to our team.
